Aug 04, Falltree is one of the best places to live in Mesquite. The office staff is very helpful, concerned, kind and caring, they will do whatever is necessary to insure that your needs are met.

Stability is See More >5/5(10). Fairly good size one bedroom apartment. It is over by Town East, and at the moment, they are doing construction so its kinda a pain to get onto now.

Also, Its not surrounded by the best area in the world. Definately not gangsville.
